Propell advances the full monthly levy roll to the Body Corporate and collects the levies from the individual owners.

Propell charges an administration fee to the body corporate. Defaulters are charged a penalty interest and collection fees in terms of the rules of the body corporate. The only charge to non-defaulters would be the administration fee, which is included in the levy, interest and collection fees are only charged to defaulters.

If necessary Propell will institute legal action against defaulting owners on behalf of the body corporate. The legal process will also be funded by Propell and is monitored by a dedicated legal department which includes Propell’s in-house attorney.

Irrespective of whether levies are collected by Propell or not, the body corporate is still advanced its levy roll and assured of cash flow (subject to conditions).
