The only charge to non-defaulters would be the administration fee, which is included in&amp;nbsp;the levy, interest and collection fees are only charged to defaulters.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#4f81bd;font-size:12pt;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#4f81bd;font-size:12pt;"&gt;If necessary Propell will institute legal action against defaulting owners on behalf of the body corporate. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#4f81bd;font-size:12pt;"&gt;The legal process will also be funded by Propell and is monitored by a dedicated legal department which includes Propell&amp;rsquo;s in-house attorney.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#4f81bd;font-size:12pt;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#4f81bd;font-size:12pt;"&gt;Irrespective of whether levies are collected by Propell or not, the body corporate is still advanced its levy roll and assured of cash flow (subject to conditions).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#4f81bd;font-size:12pt;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#4f81bd;font-size:12pt;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#4f81bd;font-size:12pt;"&gt;We have dedicated departments ready to assist your individual requirements.
