Special Levy Funding

On a somewhat unvarying basis Bodies corporate are required to undertake large capital intensive projects. These projects vary from upgrading the security, the painting of common property and potentially elevator replacements.

Ideally these unforeseen projects are paid for from cash reserves, or by raising a special levy, but due to insufficient reserves and the inability of owners to pay costly special levies on time, these projects are often delayed
